- Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, as specified in the booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms of the tour package.
- Cancellation by The Himalayan Nature: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy and may take up to 14 business days to be credited to your account.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings. The Himalayan Nature is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
5. Health and Safety
- Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and fit to travel. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
- Safety: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, The Himalayan Nature is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the tour.
6. Changes to Itinerary
- Changes by Client: Any changes to the itinerary requested by the client may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
- Changes by The Himalayan Nature: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide an alternative arrangement of equal value.
7. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: The Himalayan Nature’s liability is limited to the cost of the tour package. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Force Majeure: The Himalayan Nature is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
